An Approved Private School for Students with Disabilies

       Crossroads Academy will offer affordable after school care for our students during the 2021-2022 school year. The after-school enrichment program will be staffed with experienced professionals who are employees of the school. Activities will include free-play time, homework/academic enrichment time, structured games and sports, photography, fun activities that foster cooperation and social skills, and daily snacks. We will bring in outside vendors for special programs from time to time also.

To enroll your child in after-school enrichment please print and fill out the forms below and send them in with your child. You will be contacted by the main office to review forms and set a start date.
